Torleif Svensson

Torleif Svensson is a renowned Swedish fine art photographer with a career spanning over 35 years. His passion for photography is deeply intertwined with his love of music, which led him to capture the electrifying energy of rock concerts. Over the years, Svensson has photographed some of the most iconic bands and musicians, including Queen, U2, Bruce Springsteen, and Tina Turner​.

His career reached a defining moment during Queen’s 1986 “Magic Tour,” where he captured Freddie Mercury’s final live performance. These historic photographs became the foundation of his book and exhibition, Queen – The Last Tour, showcasing the unforgettable last moments of one of rock’s greatest frontmen​.

Svensson’s company, Art Vox, reflects his artistic vision—blending sound, voice, and image to create photographs that are not just images but experiences​.His work has been exhibited across Sweden, as well as in major galleries in London, Estonia, and South Africa.
